How do Freeze Pipe products work?
Our products feature a non-toxic glycerin coil that can be placed in the freezer. As smoke passes through the frozen coil, it is instantly cooled for a significantly smoother and less harsh experience.
How long should I freeze the glycerin chamber?
For optimal performance, we recommend freezing the glycerin chamber for at least 1 hour. It is perfectly safe to leave it in the freezer overnight so it is ready whenever you are.
What is your shipping policy?

Do you offer a warranty on your glassware?

What happens if my order arrives broken?
While we pack our items with extreme care, glass can be fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
How do I clean my Freeze Pipe?
We recommend using 91% or higher Isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt. Shake the solution inside the glass to remove resin, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
